It is normal for us to receive anywhere from 10 to 100 applicants for a single position, depending on the specialised nature of the position. So, patience is key as our team thoughtfully reviews each candidate. The total time from job posting to job offer is likely to take a minimum of 4-6 weeks. Two (2) weeks minimum where the job is posted, 1-2 weeks to conduct interviews, 1-2 weeks for a candidate to accept the position, complete necessary paperwork, and successfully pass a background screening.
